This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The parties hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India, for any disputes arising under this Agreement.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, including its breach, termination, or invalidity, shall be resolved through arbitration. The arbitration will be conducted by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by both parties and will follow the rules of The Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time. The seat and venue of the arbitration proceedings shall be in Bengaluru, and the proceedings will be conducted in English. The arbitration award will be final and binding on all parties involved in the dispute.

14. Miscellaneous

Acknowledgment:
All information provided by you shall be considered as voluntarily disclosed without any form of coercion. The Company will not be liable for the authenticity, accuracy, misrepresentation, fraud, negligence, or any other issues related to the information provided. Additionally, the Company is not responsible for verifying any information submitted by you.
